Description

Hammerwood House, originally Iping Rectory, is an early 19th-century house constructed of ashlar. It features a string course and an eaves cornice. The central portion of the house projects slightly and includes a curved bay window on the ground floor, with intact glazing bars. The southern window bay on the west front also projects and is topped with a gable that resembles a pediment. The house is two storeys high and has five windows.
