Description

Sutton Place is a house dating from around 1840. It is built of stuccoed walls with a slate roof, and has seven windows arranged in a 2:3:2 pattern, with the original glazing bars still present. A notable feature is the porch, supported by Doric columns and topped with a pediment, which contains a six-panel door. Later additions have been made to the north and south sides of the building.
