Description

Monks Orchard is an early 19th-century building located on Blatchington Hill. It is constructed of stucco and features a gabled tile roof. The building has three storeys and three windows facing the street, which have flush frames, flat arches, and sash windows with glazing bars. On the side, there is an iron verandah at the first-floor level. The entrance includes a modern 'Tudor' doorway.
