Clearwaters Farmhouse is an L-shaped building located on Clearwaters Lane in Burgess Hill. The west wing dates from the 17th century and features casement windows, while the south wing is from the 18th century and has sash windows with intact glazing bars. The entire structure is faced with red brick and has a hipped tiled roof.
