Description

The Small House is an early 19th-century building located on Lewes Road in Ringmer. It is two storeys high and features three windows. The exterior is tile-hung, with the front flanked by cement pilasters. It has an eaves cornice and a hipped slate roof. The vertical glazing bars are intact, and there is a small porch supported by fluted columns. The end walls are cemented.
