Description
Kelsey House is an early 19th-century building located on Balcombe Lane. It is two storeys high and features three windows. The exterior is stuccoed, with a cornice and a parapet. The roof is covered with slate, and the glazing bars are intact. A small columned porch adds to its architectural detail.
