Description

The Church of St Helen, located on Elphinstone Road, is a Grade II listed structure that features the ruins of the old Parish Church of Ore. The church includes a 12th-century tower at the west end, the north wall of the nave (the south nave wall has been lost), and the chancel. The chancel contains two 15th-century square-headed windows and an east wall with a gable that features a pointed 14th-century window with two trefoil-headed lights and a quatrefoil above.
