Description
The Church of Holy Trinity is a former parish church located in Brockhampton by Ross. It dates back to the 15th century, with the west tower being rebuilt in the late 16th century. The church is constructed of sandstone rubble with ashlar dressings and currently has no roof, leaving it in a ruinous condition. The structure includes a west tower, a nave with a south porch, and a chancel. The west tower features two stages with square-headed loop openings, and the tower arch is of one chamfered order with plain responds. The nave has a 2-light window opening to the left of the lower part of the former south porch, an elliptical head to the inner doorway, and a 2-light square-headed window in the chancel.
