Description
This is a range of three early 18th century cottages located on the east side of All Saints’ Street. The cottages are constructed of red brick with grey brick headers, and feature a gabled tiled roof with an outshut at the rear. They are two storeys and have an attic. The windows are wooden casements, though most are modern replacements. Numbers 10 and 11 each have a modern bow window with simulated glazing bars at ground floor level. The doorways have hoods supported by shaped brackets; number 11 has cornices and a fielded panel door, while number 10 has a 19th-century glazed door. There are two dormers with hipped roofs over numbers 9 and 10. Brick chimney stacks are present. Dormers are also located at the first and second floors at the rear of the building. The cottages are raised high above street level. Victorian railings define the front garden area. The listed buildings on All Saints’ Street form a notable group.
