Description

Village Farmhouse, now a house, dates to the early 19th century. It is constructed of chequered brick with a hipped slate roof. The building has a rectangular plan and flanking chimneys. The front of the house has three bays, featuring sash windows with rubbed brick arches and glazing bars. The outer windows are three panes wide, with narrow side glazing. The entrance is a four-panelled door with glazed top panels and an arched radiating fanlight set within a semi-circular arch of rubbed bricks.
