Description

The New Schools at Eton College were built between 1861 and 1863, designed by architect Henry Woodyer, with an extension added in 1876. The building features an arcade on the ground floor with Bath stone obtusely-pointed arches. Above this, the structure is made of red brick decorated with a diaper pattern of grey headers. It has a castellated parapet and windows arranged in two tiers, each consisting of four lights with trefoil-headed lights. The roof is covered with ceramic tiles.
