Description

No 52 High Street is a building from the 18th century or earlier, which was altered in the 19th century. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring three windows and two gabled dormers. The exterior is stuccoed, with an eaves cornice that has cusped bargeboards and a tiled roof. The windows are adorned with decorative architraves topped with finials. The ground floor includes 19th-century bays. This building, along with Nos 46 to 50 and No 1 Castle Hill Market Cross House, The Town Hall, forms a group.
