Description

The granary at Stroud Farm, located approximately 6 metres east of Stroud Farmhouse, is a building likely dating from the late 17th century. It features a timber frame construction, is weatherboarded, and has an old tile half-hipped roof. The structure has a rectangular plan and stands one and a half storeys tall, with a hay loft above. A brick plinth supports the building, and there are four brick steps leading to the lower floor. On the west side, there are two plank doors; the right door provides access to stairs leading up to the loft. Inside, wooden grain bins and partitions are still present. The granary is currently used for general storage.
