Description
The Vicarage is a mid-18th century vicarage that was altered and extended in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of brick with a tile roof that is hipped on the west side and has a coped gable on the east. The building has a rectangular plan and is two storeys high, featuring two chimneys with offset heads and clay pots.
The south front originally had three bays with sash windows that include glazing bars, all set within architrave frames. On the right side, there is a 19th-century ground-floor bay window with sash windows, which replaced the former sash windows. To the left, there is a 19th-century, two-storey, two-bay extension that has similar windows but with brick reveals, and the left-hand bay is slightly recessed.
The north front displays an irregular arrangement of sash windows with glazing bars, including a tall round-arched stair window that features thick glazing bars.
