Description
The Old Apothecary is a small house dating from the 18th century, constructed of painted brick with an old tile gabled roof and a rectangular plan. It stands two storeys tall and features a chimney at the rear. The building has a black painted plinth and a string course at the first-floor level, along with brick dentilled eaves.
The front of the house has three bays. On the first floor to the left, there are two coupled sash windows with glazing bars. To the right, there is an early 20th-century square bay supported by brackets, which also contains sash windows with glazing bars. On the ground floor, there is a small shop window on the left and two coupled sash windows with glazing bars, along with three entrance doors from the 20th century.
