Description

The Old Cottage is a cottage dating from the 16th or 17th century. It features a timber frame with painted brick infill and has a thatched roof that is half hipped to the right, sweeping down over a one-storey extension to the left. The thatch extends around the first-floor windows. The cottage is 1½ storeys tall. The extension includes one leaded casement window and a ledged door, while the main block has two leaded casements on the first floor and two pairs of leaded casements on the ground floor.
