Description

The Whistler Tomb, located 20 metres south of the south door to the chancel, is an 18th-century stone table tomb. It has a rectangular shape with a roll moulding edge along the top and urn-shaped corners at the base. The side panel features an inscription dedicated to Gabriel Whistler, framed by cherubs, death's heads, and hourglasses.
