Description

The Whistler Tomb, located 20 metres south of the south door of the chancel, is an 18th-century stone table tomb. It has a rectangular plan and features a roll mould edge along the top. The base has urn corners, and the side panel is inscribed to Whistler within an oval surround, which is topped by cherubs created with incised lines.
