These outbuildings, located approximately 5 yards to the southwest of Oliver Sansom's Cottage, date from the late 16th century. They are constructed with a timber frame, featuring brick nogging and weather boarding. The roof is half-hipped and thatched. The structure consists of two framed bays, supported by queen-post trusses and windbraces.
