Description

Ducarts is a cottage dating from around 1600. It features a timber frame with curved braces and white painted brick nogging, topped with an old tile roof that has a stack positioned in front of the ridge to the left. The building consists of two framed bays and stands two storeys high. On the first floor, there are two 2-light 19th-century casement windows, while the ground floor has a 2-light 19th-century casement window to the left and a 3-light 19th-century casement window to the right, both flanking a central 20th-century boarded door.
