Description

14 and 16 Northcroft Lane are a pair of late 18th century terrace houses. They are two storeys high, each featuring one window, with a blank central window on the first floor above the doorway. The houses have a tiled roof with a moulded brick gable stack. The exterior is made of brown brick with red brick dressings around the quoins and openings. The recessed sash windows have gauged flat red brick arches and glazing bars. The doorways are round-arched, with No 16 having a half-glazed door. At the rear, each house has a hipped extension, and the windows of No 16 have exposed boxing and glazing bars.
