Description

The Welch Tomb, located approximately 1 metre to the southeast of the Church of St. Mark, is a chest tomb dating from 1810 and designed in a neo-classical style. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features a rectangular base with battered sides. The top is chamfered on all faces and is adorned with corner acroteria. The tomb is inscribed with the name Edward Welch.
