Description

This barn, located approximately 20 yards to the east of Boxford Farmhouse, dates from the 19th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and features weatherboarding and a half-hipped slate roof. The barn consists of five framed bays supported by Queen strut trusses, with both longitudinal and transverse bracing. There is one waggon entry at the front and another at the rear. The barn is included for its group value with the farmhouse.
