Description

No. 12 Oxford Street is a cottage dating from the 17th century, with 20th-century alterations and additions. It features a thatched roof that is gabled at one end. The structure is made of a timber frame with brick infill, and part of it is rendered on the end elevation. The cottage is 1½ storeys high and has two 20th-century casement windows. There is also a single-storey brick and slate lean-to extension added in the 20th century, which includes an entrance door on the left side. This building is continuous with No. 11 next door.
