Description

Number 16 on High Street is a 19th-century house that stands two storeys tall. The front is finished in painted render, while the gable is made of sarsen rubble. It has an old tile roof that is half-hipped to the left side. Below the first-floor windows, there is a tile pentice. The house features two three-light casement windows. The ground floor projects slightly forward under the pentice on the left, where there is a three-light vertical sliding sash window with glazing bars and a keystone. To the right, there is a four-panel door that is set back and topped with a flat hood supported by out brackets.
