Description
This is an early 19th century terrace of seven houses, numbered 4 to 11, on Cranbury Terrace. The houses are built of yellow stock brick with stuccoed basements. They have a flat cornice and parapet. Each house originally had three windows and a central front door. Number 9 features prominent Ionic corner pilasters and an entablature, along with a stucco surround to the front door, featuring a moulded, dentil-detailed pediment. Number 10 has pilasters framing the door, and a deep panel with an Egyptian-style cornice above. Number 7 retains shutters to the ground floor windows. Number 6 serves as the central focal point of the terrace, with four stucco pilasters topped with stucco vases. Number 11 repeats the design of Number 9, though it has been subsequently altered.
