House, now restaurant and flats. c1870. Ashlar stone. Mansard slate roof, stone stack to left. 3 storeys and attic. 3 bays. Rusticated pilaster strips flank centre bay and quoins on first and second floors. At centre 2-leaf glazed door with fanlight. On left 2 round-headed windows and on right 1, each with stone panelled apron. On right is a 2-leaf 4 panelled door set in moulded stone architrave with fanlight over stone head. Doors and windows are set under arcaded round rusticated arches with carved fruit and leaf keystones, dividing pilasters. Each pilaster has paired long stone balcony brackets supporting first floor balcony with ornate scrolled iron balustrade. Leading to balcony first floor has 2 flanking tripartite sashes each with centre sash and narrow flanking sashes, moulded stone architrave with bracketed cornice over each and segmental pediment, at centre 1 sash with similar surround and triangular pediment. Second floor has 3 sashes each with architrave, cambered arch and moulded cornice on console brackets. Panelled parapet with coping. 3 round-headed dormers. INTERIOR not inspected.
