The boundary wall adjoining Vale Cottage, built around 1850-1860 by T.E. Owen, is constructed of red brick in stretcher bond. It is a tall brick wall located to the left of the rear of Vale Cottage, which is not included in this listing. The wall is set between brick piers and features brick coping. This structure is included for its group value.
