The building is roughcast with an interlocking tiled hipped roof and a shortened brick stack on the left side. It has three storeys and a basement, featuring one bay. The entrance on the right consists of a 20th-century door with a fanlight above it. There are five stone steps leading up to the doorway, with railings on either side and at the front of the basement area. To the left and on the first floor, there are 12-pane sash windows. A moulded band course runs above these windows. On the second floor, there is a 9-pane sash window, also with a moulded band course and a coped parapet above it. The interior has not been inspected.
