Description

No. 8, High Street is an 18th-century building that has been altered. The exterior is rendered over defective ashlar, and it has a modern pantiled roof with a brick stack. The building is three storeys high. It features half-glazed double doors with a wooden lintel. There's an altered 19th-century shop window on the right side, and a later 19th-century canted bay window on the left. The first floor has tripartite sash windows in the outer bays, a sash window in the centre, and three sash windows on the second floor. All the windows have 19th-century glazing.
