Description

Home Farmhouse is a house that features an early 19th-century extension to an older cottage. It is constructed of buff brick, with the older part incorporating some blue headers in English bond. The roof is slate, hipped at the north end with modern concrete tiles. The building is two stories tall, with the east front comprising six bays. The first floor has five barred sash windows with segmental arched heads. The door in the second bay from the right is flanked by pilasters and has a moulded hood above it, with three-light barred sashes on each side, each with relieving arches. To the left, there is a second door and a three-light casement window.
