Description
No. 9 High Street is a house built around 1830. It is constructed of brick and features a low-pitched hipped slate roof with flat eaves and flanking chimneys. The building has two storeys and three bays, with the centre bay slightly recessed. Above the 8-panelled door, there is a sash window and a rectangular fanlight that has a square and diagonal glazing pattern. The doorcase is adorned with plain pilasters and a pseudo entablature. The outer bays contain three-pane sash windows.
