Description

No 39 is an estate cottage built in the early 19th century, designed in the Tudor style. The cottage is constructed of red brick and features a clay tile roof with shaped bargeboards above the gabled upper windows. There are stacks between the bays that have two diagonal shafts. The building is 1½ storeys high and consists of three bays. The outer bays have pointed four-centre arched doorways with panelled doors, and there are three-light cross casement windows with chamfered brick jambs surrounding the openings.
