Description

27 Silver Street is an early 19th century building with a red brick front that conceals an earlier rubble structure. It features a machine tile roof and stands two storeys high, topped with a cement rendered parapet and a cornice band. The front has three flush casements with cambered arches, and there is a 19th century window with glazing bars on the left side of the ground floor. To the left, there is a single-storey lean-to wing from the 19th century that includes a window. At the back, there is a gabled timber framed wing. This building is part of a group of listed buildings on the southeast side of Silver Street.
