Description

Chulmleigh is a building with an early 19th-century exterior that may cover an earlier structure. It has two storeys and three windows, faced with large red bricks and topped with a slate roof. The glazing bars are intact, and there is a small curved window at the north-west end of the ground floor. An additional ground floor room has been added at right angles to the main structure. The building features a modern Georgian doorway and a red brick chimney breast on the south-east wall.
