Description
The Coachmakers' Arms Inn is an early 17th century public house located on Bury Street. The building features a combination of half-timber, brick, and stone construction with tiled roofs. The main block has two storeys and attics, with plaster facing and one sash window on each storey. There is a later brick chimney stack. The west wing also has two storeys, with two windows and a central doorway. The ground floor is made of stone, while the first floor has timber and brick nogging. The base is constructed from small thin bricks, and the windows are flush casements with glazing bars. At the back, there is an early stone chimney stack.
