Description
Uphoe Manor Farmhouse is a house dating from the 17th century, with alterations from the 18th and 19th centuries. It is constructed of stone and features tiled roofs along with stone and brick stacks. The northeast gable is stone-coped, and the building is two storeys tall, arranged in a T-shaped plan.
The northwest front has a projecting gable on the right side, with a lean-to in the angle. There are two 2-light casements on the first floor, while the left part has a 3-light casement on each floor. The southwest front features an early 19th-century canted bay window on the first floor, which is supported by two iron columns. Below this bay window is a wide sash window, with a door to the left and a small sash window positioned between the door and the bay. The house and its barns are located within a moated site.
