Description

Mortimer's Farm House is a 17th-century farmhouse with a front block dating to the mid-19th century. The rear section is timber-framed and rendered, while the front block is rendered. The front has a low-pitched slate hipped roof with end stacks. The front facade features three windows, with 20th-century metal casements on the first floor, and a full-width verandah porch on the ground floor. An older oil painting, formerly in the house, depicted the original appearance of the 17th-century rear house with three timber gables across the front.
