Description
Dean Farmhouse is a house with origins in the 17th century, featuring a double range design and constructed from stone rubble. It has two storeys and originally had a thatched gable end roof, which has been replaced with 19th-century slates. The building includes saddlestones with kneelers and four casement windows set in ashlar surrounds, with French casements on the right side of the ground floor. A notable feature is the mid-19th-century two-storey gabled porch, which has scalloped bargeboards and a four-centred arch entrance.
