Little Pitt Place is a house that was originally two cottages, dating from the 18th century and altered in the 20th century. It is constructed from Isle of Wight stone rubble with red brick dressings and features a thatched roof. The building has two storeys and four windows. The windows are 20th-century casement types, and there is a simple doorcase.
