Description

Brading Railway Station is a railway station building located on the east platform, likely built in 1882 for the Isle of Wight Railway. It is constructed from red brick and features a small, single-storey structure with three bays. The entrance door is flanked by windows. The building faces two platforms and has a projecting canopy on both sides, supported by cast iron brackets that have circular designs in the spandrels. This station dates from the opening of the Bembridge branch in 1882 and is part of the only surviving railway station complex on the Isle of Wight.
