Description
This is a circa 1850 pair of buildings, similar in style to numbers 1 and 2, exhibiting Jacobethan details. The building comprises a two-storey central section with three-storey gabled projections on either side. The gables are finished with kneelers. The windows are wooden casements with two four-centred arched lights, each with a drip mould above. The ground floor has canted bays similar to those of numbers 1 and 2, with a parapet extending over the centre to form a verandah porch. The doorways are four-centred arched and feature drip moulds. Veryan and Norvic form a group with numbers 1 to 3 (consec) and Swiss Cottage and Cressingham, although Swiss Cottage and Cressingham are of local interest only.
