This is an 18th and 19th century row of cottages located on Castle Road. Numbers 19 and 21 are two-storey buildings constructed of painted brick, with a gable roof covered in old tiles and a single window each. Number 23 is notable for its purple-grey brick headers and red brick dressings, also featuring a single window. Numbers 25 and 27 are similar, with 19th-century bays added to the rear. Numbers 19 to 27 (odd) form a group with numbers 1 to 13 (odd), numbers 17 to 27 (odd), and numbers 101 to 105 (odd) on Carisbrooke Road.
