Description

These are a group of early 19th-century terraced cottages located on Church Hill in Patcham, Brighton. The cottages have been extensively modernised. They are constructed of flint with red brick dressings, and have pantile roofs. Nos. 33 and 36 each have two windows, while Nos. 34 and 35 each have one. The brick quoins and dressings are modern replacements. The cottages feature segmental-arched entrances and segmental-arched windows on the ground floor, with flat-arched windows above. All windows are replacements and casement type. No. 33 has a hipped roof with a central stack, while party walls between Nos. 34 and 35 have stacks, and No. 36 also has a central stack. The interiors have not been inspected.
