Description

No. 10 Church Hill is a detached house located in Patcham, Brighton. It dates from the 18th century and earlier, with the southernmost bay added since 1971. The exterior is constructed of flint with red-brick dressings and features a slate roof. The house has two storeys and four windows, with brick quoins and dressings. There is a flat-arched entrance and late 20th-century casement windows. The roof is hipped, with a ridge stack and an additional stack at the north end. The interior has not been inspected.
