Formerly known as: No.70 Regency Cottage PRESTON STREET. Terraced house. 1822-30. Probably by Amon Wilds and Charles Augustus Busby, and possibly the refronting only of an existing building. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet. 2 storeys over basement, 2-window range. Flat-arched entrance with bracketed canopy over, and possibly a passage entrance to left; full-height segmental bay slightly recessed into the depth of the wall, with central mullions and curved casements of original design; cast-iron window guards to both floors; cornice and balustraded parapet, bowed over bay, and with ball finials at either end. INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron railings to steps and area with fleur-de-lys finials. Originally listed in error as No.70 Preston Street.
