Description
Fercot and Littlecot are a semi-detached pair of cottages built between 1843 and 1848, located on Wrythe Green Road in Carshalton. These two-storey buildings are timber-framed and weatherboarded, featuring two window bays with intact glazing bars. They have a slate roof and a central brick stack with three tall pots. Littlecot, on the left side, has a doorway with a plain transom light, and there are signs that a porch with an ogee roof once existed above the door. The door itself is plain. Ferncot, on the east end wall, has a four flush-panelled door. Both cottages have suffered some damage.
