Description
60 and 62 King Street are two buildings from the early to mid-18th century, standing three storeys tall. The ground floors feature modern shop fronts, while each upper floor has three windows.
No 60 is constructed of brown brick with red dressings and has a storey band at the second floor level. The tiled roof originally had a modillion eaves cornice, but this has since been removed.
No 62 is rendered and has undergone late 19th-century alterations, including an eaves cornice with an open-pedimented gable. The upper floors of both buildings have flush framed sash windows, which have been renewed.
