Description

10 and 12 King Street are 18th-century houses, with modern shops occupying the ground floor. The building is three storeys high and originally comprised five bays, arranged as a 3:2 division. The window spacing and the roof, which is hipped to the left only, suggest that this section is a remnant of a larger original range. The facade is brick-faced, with a tiled hipped roof and a wooden eaves cornice. The first-floor windows are segmental-arched and have stuccoed keys.
