Description

Grosvenor House is an early 18th-century house located on Grosvenor Road. It is a three-storey building, originally five windows wide, with the central three windows slightly projecting. Pilaster strips run down either side of the facade. A two-window-wide three-storey wing extends to the right. The house is constructed of brick. A window on the first floor is blank. A Roman Doric doorcase, featuring a triglyph frieze, is centrally positioned. The street elevation has been rebuilt and its original detailing has been significantly altered. The interior has not been inspected.
